This page shows the shape of our returns terms. The return window, who pays return postage and whether any fee applies are not decided.

Return window

You may request a return within [RETURNS WINDOW] of delivery. Items must be complete — all original accessories, cables, adapters and packaging — and in the condition they arrived in.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what you would like to return, and we will reply with a return authorisation and the address to send it to. Please do not ship anything back before you have a return authorisation, as unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order.

Return shipping

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what was ordered, we cover return shipping. For a change of mind, return shipping is [WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING]. A restocking fee of [RESTOCKING FEE] may apply to [RESTOCKING FEE CONDITIONS].

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected, normally within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME]. Your bank may take several further business days to post it. Original shipping charges are [ORIGINAL SHIPPING REFUNDABLE].

Items we cannot accept

  • Items returned without a return authorisation
  • Items missing accessories, cables or original packaging
  • Items with physical damage or modification after delivery
  • Software, licences and digital keys once redeemed
  • Items marked non-returnable or final sale on the product page

Faulty on arrival

If something does not work on arrival, contact us within [DOA WINDOW] and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping both ways. This is separate from a change of mind return and is never subject to a restocking fee.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled before it is dispatched. Once dispatched it becomes a return. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
