Where we ship

Orders ship to addresses within [SHIPPING REGIONS]. We do not currently ship to [EXCLUDED REGIONS]. Some larger items may be restricted to [RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS].

Processing time

Orders are prepared for dispatch within [PROCESSING TIME] of payment clearing. Orders placed after [CUTOFF TIME] or on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are business days from dispatch, not from when the order was placed, and they are estimates rather than guarantees. A carrier delay is outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when the order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the carrier collects the parcel.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Inspect the packaging before accepting a delivery. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, or a tracked order is marked delivered and you do not have it, contact us within [DAMAGE REPORT WINDOW] so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Taxes and duties

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Orders to [INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS] may attract import duties, which are the recipient's responsibility.
