Terms of Sale

These are example terms of sale. The governing law, the legal entity and the commercial terms are not settled.

Who you are buying from

This store is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], [REGISTRATION NUMBER]. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Products and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can, including condition where an item is not new. Specifications come from the manufacturer and distributor and can change without notice. Photographs are illustrative — where an item's appearance differs from the photograph, the written description and condition grade govern.

Pricing

Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and exclude delivery and tax unless stated. Tax and delivery are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We correct pricing errors when we find them: if an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you to confirm or cancel rather than dispatching it, and you will not be charged for a cancelled order.

Availability and when the contract forms

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it, and stock can sell out between adding and paying. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods — that is when the contract forms. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Quantity limits

Some items carry minimum or maximum order quantities, shown on the product page and enforced at checkout. We may decline or limit an order that looks intended for resale.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details. Your order is processed once payment clears.

Delivery and risk

Delivery terms are on the Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

Returns and warranty

Your return rights are on the Returns & Refunds page and warranty cover is on the Warranty page. Both form part of these terms. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with this site, extract its data by automated means, or use it to break the law. We may refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

Limits on our liability

We are responsible for loss we cause by failing to meet these terms, but not for business losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for an order is limited to [LIABILITY CAP]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, and the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
