Coverage

Products are covered against functional failure for [WARRANTY PERIOD] from the delivery date. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, the longer of the two periods is what you get. The cover for a specific item is stated on its product page where it differs from this page.

Product condition

We list new, open-box and refurbished stock, and the condition is stated on every product page. Refurbished items are tested before listing and may show cosmetic wear that does not affect function; cosmetic wear is not a warranty fault. Warranty length may differ by condition — see [CONDITION WARRANTY TABLE].

What is covered

• Failure of the item to function as described under normal use
• Component failure not caused by accident, misuse or modification
• Missing or non-functional accessories supplied with the item

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, liquid damage, and damage from power surges
• Wear items and consumables, including batteries beyond [BATTERY COVERAGE]
• Damage from unauthorised repair, disassembly or modification
• Software problems, operating system faults and data loss
• Cosmetic wear disclosed in the item's condition grade

Making a claim

Email us with the order number and a description of the fault, including photographs or a short video where the fault is visible. We will confirm whether the item needs to be returned for inspection. Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement or refund at our option, within [CLAIM RESOLUTION TIME].

Back up your data

Back up anything you need before sending a device in. We are not able to recover data, and storage may be wiped or replaced during service.
